MR SCOTT HUFFADINE

Mr Huffadine is a Geologist with more than 30 years’ experience in the resource industry, specifically project management, geology and executive management. He has held several key management positions ranging from operational start-ups involving open pit and underground mining projects, through to large integrated operations in gold and base metals. He was previously Managing Director of Westgold Resources Limited, Managing Director of Kingsrose Mining Limited, an Executive Director of Metals X Limited, and a Director of Pantoro (PNR:ASX). He is currently the Chief Operating Officer for Pantoro Gold.

MR CHRIS BITTAR

– MFin and MGeos

Christopher Bittar is a geologist with over 15 years of experience in the resources sector both within Australia and Internationally across multiple commodities with a strong background in resource development and exploration. His focus is on the systematic advancement of projects through critical investment milestones, from early-stage discovery to achieving commercial viability. Mr Bittar has recently held roles as Exploration Manager at Auking Mining (AKN.ASX), and was a senior member and had a lead role in the exploration and resource development team at Pantoro Gold (PNR.ASX) in the early stages of the extensive drill out of the Norseman Gold Project. Mr. Bittar holds a Master of Finance with Distinction from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT) and a Master of Geoscience from Macquarie University.

MR STEPHEN BROCKHURST

Non-Executive Director

Mr Stephen Brockhurst currently holds the position of Company Secretary for Kingfisher Mining Limited. Mr Brockhurst has over 20 years’ experience in the finance and corporate advisory industry and has been responsible for a number of IPO’s. Mr Brockhurst is currently a director of Locksley Resources Limited and Company Secretary of several ASX listed companies.
